Regular Worship
Common Worship (CW) or Book of Common Prayer (BCP) is used at services as indicated below.
On Sundays:
8.00 a.m. Holy Communion (CW 1st, BCP all others)
9.45 a.m. Parish Eucharist (CW)
JUNIOR CHURCH - Children meet in the St Nicholas Room in The Old Parsonage Barn at 9.40 a.m. Please see below* for Creche details.
11.15 a.m. Family Service (usually 1st & 3rd Sundays but see list below)
12.15 p.m. Holy Eucharist (BCP)
4.00 p.m. Holy Baptism (by arrangement with the Vicar)
6.30 p.m. Sung Evensong (BCP) - Evensong is generally fully choral on the first Sunday in each month and on major Festivals. There is Solemn Benediction on the third Sunday.
All are welcome to join us for a chat over a cup of coffee in the Old Parsonage after the 9.45 a.m. Parish Eucharist.

Thursday Matins 7.30 a.m. - Holy Eucharist 8.00 a.m.
Friday Matins 7.30 a.m. - Holy Eucharist 8.00 a.m.
Saturday Matins 9.00 a.m. - Holy Eucharist 9.30 a.m.
The Clergy will always bring Holy Communion to the housebound and visit any parishioner on request.
The SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION is available with a Priest by appointment.
A Prayer Group meets in Church at 4.00 p.m. on the second Wednesday.
There are several Home Groups, some meet throughout the year, others in Lent and Advent.
* A Creche is available in the Barn during the 9.45 a.m. Parish Eucharist.
This enables parents to leave their children in a safe environment whilst they worship in Church. Our creche is for babies and toddlers from 0 - 4 years. Toys, books or simple activities are provided depending upon their ability and they are well supervised. Parents are welcome to stay if they feel that their children are not ready to be left on their own.
Junior Church is for children from rising 5 (school age) - 13 years. One group covers children 5 - 7 years and the other from 7 years and up. Working from Christian resources the children learn bible stories and how to live their life as God would wish. They are encouraged to think about every day situations and how things can be made better for ourselves and others. Craft activities are an essential part of teaching and reinforce the story or message that the children have learned.
The children join the main congregation for the communion, blessing and final hymn, it also gives them a chance to show what they have made.
Family services, held at 11.15am, last approximately 30 - 40 minutes. They are relaxed and informal. Of the two Family Services each month, one is a Eucharist.
